At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your new awning doesn't perfectly match your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
- 2.Prepare the Product
Carefully repackage the awning and all mounting hardware in the original shipping crates to ensure the fabric and frame remain protected during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Due to the size and weight of our products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item directly from your property at a scheduled time.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for any damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
